Contact us with a minimum advance notice of 2 business days to request a water shut-off. Scheduling a water shut-off is subject to personnel availability and anticipated impact to our customers. Should the requested water shut-off result in a major service interruption to our customers, Southgate may require:

A bypass system to keep customers in service
Additional requirements, as set forth by Southgate, to mitigate the impact of a service interruption to our customers
