Schedule Update (9/30/2021):
Work will commence in late May and is expected to be completed by mid-late October 2021. Rehabilitation work at the O - Line Preserve location as well as the River Point location have been completed. Mobilization effects for the Big Dry Creek/Progress Park location have been delayed. An update will be provided as soon as new information becomes available.
Work is scheduled to occur throughout the District’s service area including within the Cities of Greenwood Village, Sheridan, Englewood and Littleton, Colorado.
|Description||Contractor will rehabilitate approximately 2,900-linear feet of 42” Reinforced Concrete Pipe (RCP) and 400-linear feet of 27” Vitrified Clay Pipe (VCP) sanitary sewer via Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP). This will require continuous sewer bypass, cleaning, infiltration stopping, build-back, and rehabilitation of twenty (20) sanitary sewer manholes. Approximately six (6) of the manholes are in roads and require traffic control, and other manholes utilized for temporary bypass pumping may also require traffic control.|
